5 Energy Poison.This sould take 5 seconds to charge.you have an energy ball in your hand and have to use the attack verb on your opponent for it to go into effect.Every 2 seconds until the person who used it dies,the person effected dies,or goes into SZ it does damage of 1/100th of the person who used its PL onto the the victim.Remeber every 2 seconds 1/100th
