Mega Charge: Essentially a blue kaio ken. It is used when reverted in your normal form. It gives more pl and other stats than the regular transformation. Requirements to learn it in my opinion should be 50k or higher, and only available to non perms. Could make it available to perms, but make the boost lower for them. I think it'd be a good idea to give more meaning to being a higher level, and also it'd help with the stat deferential between perms and non perms without nerfing. Also, up the boosts for the trans of the dark angel and hybrid races. Also a good tech to add for the race dark angel would be oblivion cannon. Use the final spirit cannon icon, and color it black with some red tinting. That is all I can think of right now.
