Expensive, yes. But for being able to fly extremely fast, it's worth it for travelers, or Androids who need sixty kills to learn Instant Transmission.
It allows you to fly 50% faster than normal flying.
It's an item that can be dropped, sold, and equipted.
Equipting the Nimbus Cloud gives you the faster flying, and puts a yellow-goldenish cloud over your feet, and has a trail of smoke.
